Services Section Recommendation

However, I'd like to see a "Services" section — if that's relevant (it seems like it would be to me, as a visitor) in the top-level menu.

For instance, in addition to the overarching design build methodology, pages that speak to your services (pre construction - if relevant; construction management - if relevant etc.) would (1) help the user understand the full suite of options they get with Claris, and (2) help you gain more relevancy in the SERPs and AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Perplexity) — so you can score a "double win" in SEO/GEO.
